2 Restore iPhone from an iCloud Backup

Step 1: To begin with, you need to make sure that you have the latest version of iOS on your device. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and update the device if there is a newer version of iOS.
Step 2: Next, check to see if you have a recent backup. Go to Settings > Apple ID. Click the name of your device and click iCloud backup to check the date of the lasr backup.
